Too many people, college students included, go through many emotions constantly. Relationships, exams, professors, friends, drama all seem to find away to pull your emotional strings daily. Some of us have a harder time controlling our feelings and reactions. We find ourselves regretting and apologizing later. Sometimes after it is too late. Perhaps its time to control your impulse more wisely.
Even if you seem to regulate your emotions well, you might be able to learn a thing or two. Nature didn’t give us any tools to control our emotions. That is why psychologist Paul Ekman says you need to keep a diary of your emotions, writing what you are experiencing in great detail.
